Accessibility
This site is for everyone
Accessibility is part of our mission, not a legal footnote. If any part of this website is hard for you to use, that is a problem we want to fix.
Our commitment
This website is designed, built, and tested to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We treat that as a floor, not a ceiling, and we test against WCAG 2.2 criteria where practical.
What we build in
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator
- Pages are structured with landmarks and correct headings for screen readers
- All meaningful images carry text descriptions
- Text and background colors meet or exceed the 4.5 to 1 contrast standard
- Text can be resized up to 200 percent without breaking the layout, and zoom is never disabled
- Forms have visible labels, clear instructions, and errors described in text
- Motion is minimal, and the site honors your device's reduced motion setting
- The site works on phones, tablets, and desktops, in portrait and landscape
How we test
Automated checks run on every page before any change is published. On top of that, a person reviews new pages with keyboard-only navigation and a screen reader. Automated tools catch less than half of real accessibility problems, so the human pass is not optional.
Known limitations
- Location pages show a stylized map image rather than an interactive map. Written directions, transit notes, and parking details are provided for every location.
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. Ask us and we will provide the content in a format that works for you.
Tell us what is not working
If you hit a barrier on this site, please tell us. We aim to respond within two business days and to fix confirmed problems quickly.

In person
Every Osprey Point location has a step-free entrance, accessible restrooms, and accessible parking. Interpreters, including American Sign Language, are available at no cost for appointments; ask when you schedule. Service animals are always welcome.
